All prices are in Euros and include VAT at the current rate of 20%. French law prohibits the sale of wine to minors under the age of sixteen, so we ask our customers to confirm that they are over eighteen.
Once your order has been registered, it is processed individually within two working days of receipt, excluding vacations. Shipments are entrusted to our carriers for their reliability. They deliver to the address you specify. Delivery times vary according to distance, from 3 to 30 days. A delay, even significant, cannot constitute an acceptable cause, neither for refusal of delivery, nor for action for damages of any kind.
Upon delivery, in the event of missing or damaged packages, reservations must be formulated on the carrier's delivery receipt and confirmed by registered letter within 3 working days to the delivering carrier with a copy to the sender.
Our warranty is strictly limited to the replacement within a normal timeframe or reimbursement at our discretion of parts recognized as defective or non-conforming, after examination by us. Replacement shall in no case justify delay or refusal to pay our invoices. Only the value of the parts found to be defective or non-conforming may be retained.
Any deduction made on our invoices for any reason whatsoever is deductible from our sales and entails a proportional reduction in the amount of VAT.
Your right of withdrawal :
In accordance with articles L.120-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reasons or pay any penalties, including, where applicable, the cost of returning the goods. The seven-day period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. Complaints can only be made within 8 days of receipt of goods. To cancel your order within the 7 working day cooling-off period, simply return the goods in their original packaging, notifying us by post at Château les Crostes, F-83510 LORGUES or by e-mail at caveau@chateau-les-crostes.eu
. We will not accept any returns within 1 month of dispatch of the goods. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods. If you have any questions, please contact us between 9:00 and 18:00 on +33(0) 4 94 73 98 40.
Any order submitted or confirmed implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which shall prevail in all cases over any contrary provisions issued by the purchaser. Any non-compatible stipulation appearing on the latter's document is presumed to be revoked by the contract binding him/her to us.
Reservation of title :
By express agreement, we reserve ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of the invoice, although the customer shall have custody of the products invoiced as soon as they are made available.
Election of domicile and jurisdiction :
All disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Draguignan.
