A rich Provençal heritage

Rosé, White and Red

In the cellar

Our vineyard

To make the most of this exceptional terroir, an ultra-modern, air-conditioned cellar has been built, along with an ageing cellar, enabling our wines to be matured in the best possible conditions. Our rigorous approach to the land, with mechanized harvesting and optimal trellising of the vines, aims for maximum sunshine. Care and treatments are kept to a minimum, respecting an approach close to that of organic farming.

Our production honors all three colors. In white, the Amalia cuvée, made from Rolle and Ugni-Blanc grapes, reveals a fruity, aromatic freshness. In reds, Syrah and Cabernet-Sauvignon offer elegant, flavorful wines with the Amalia and Liam cuvées. Our rosés, made from Cinsault and Grenache, come in two styles: the light, elegant Cuvée Amalia, and the rounder, more complex Cuvée Liam.

In the cellar, meticulous blending of the finest juices distinguishes the Amalia and Liam cuvées in rosé and red. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, to preserve aromatic integrity, followed by ageing for the reds in foudres and barrels, in our cellar dug into the hillside.

Today, our vineyards have reached full maturity, and our wines are widely recognized and awarded in many prestigious competitions, such as the Grands Vins de France in Mâcon, the Concours Général Agricole in Paris, the Concours des Vignerons Indépendants, and the Concours des Vins de Provence.
