A tribute to the birth of our third child and son, Balthazar, born on January 7, 2024, an exceptional cuvée worthy of the emotion it embodies.
Born of a unique moment, Cuvée Balthazar is an exceptional red wine, made from a noble blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, carefully selected for their power, finesse and ageing potential.
This singular vintage seduces with its deep color, generous aromas of black fruits, sweet spices and subtle woody notes. On the palate, the balance is remarkable, combining structure, elegance and length.
Only 8,000 bottles and 2,000 magnums were produced, each numbered, making this cuvée a true collector's item, charged with meaning and emotion.
It will be produced only once, for this unique year, and will never be repeated.

20% Cabernet Sauvignon - 80% Syrah

Food & wine pairing:
a beef shank with carrots and tagliatelle, or a wild boar stew.

Barrel ageing gives this wine body and aromas of spices and red fruit, as well as toasty notes. Well-balanced on the palate.

A silky, well rounded red, with aromas of tobacco and black fruits such as morello cherry and blackberry.

A very pale rose petal color. A nose of morello cherry and acacia flowers. A complex palate with lots of roundness. Beautifully balanced.

Un nez fruité alliant l’abricot, le fruit de la passion, la groseille, le tout légèrement zesté. En bouche on croque dans une pêche jaune et de l’abricot. Une belle longueur avec une finale agrumes. Un rosé d’une belle complexité fruité et élégant.
